1. Introduction
Welcome to STRIKR (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Billy Dean (“I”, “me”, or “my”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the STRIKR mobile application and related services.
By downloading or using STRIKR, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect
I collect the following categories of personal information:
Account Information
When you create an account, I collect your email address and display name. This is used to identify your account and personalise your experience.
Payment & Subscription Data
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store via RevenueCat. I do not directly collect or store your payment card details. I receive subscription status information (e.g. active, expired, trial) from RevenueCat to manage your access to premium features.
Device Identifiers & Analytics
I collect anonymised device identifiers and usage analytics to understand how the App is used, diagnose issues, and improve performance. This may include device type, operating system version, App version, and feature interaction data.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Create and manage your STRIKR account
- Provide and personalise the App's features and content
- Process and verify your subscription status
- Send transactional communications (e.g. account confirmations, subscription updates)
- Analyse usage patterns to improve the App's performance and features
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
I will not sell your personal data to third parties, nor use it for targeted advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
STRIKR uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
Supabase
Supabase is used as the backend database and authentication provider. Your account information (email, display name) is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase operates in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Learn more at supabase.com/privacy.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat manages in-app subscription billing and status. It receives anonymised user identifiers and subscription transaction data from Apple and Google. Learn more at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple App Store & Google Play
Subscription payments are processed directly by Apple and Google. Their respective privacy policies apply to payment processing. I only receive confirmation of subscription status — never your payment card details.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure. I implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information.
While I take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your data may be stored and processed in regions outside Australia, including the United States and European Union, where Supabase and RevenueCat operate their infrastructure.
6. Data Retention
I retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, I will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where I am required to retain it by law (e.g. financial records relating to subscription transactions).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to certain types of data processing
- Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

Australian users also have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you believe your privacy has been breached, you may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
8. Children's Privacy
STRIKR is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact me at privacy@getstrikr.app and I will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, I will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
