STRIKR supports Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. When you set up your profile, you choose your primary sport and STRIKR tailors combination callouts and training plans to match.

During a round, STRIKR calls combinations out loud — built by striking coaches — matched to your selected sport, skill level, and intensity. You hear the combo, you throw it. No screen-watching required.

Yes. With a Pro subscription you can build a fully custom combo library, tag combos by sport, save favourites, and add them directly into your training sessions.

You can set rounds anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes. Rest intervals are calculated based on your conditioning level so you recover at the right pace before the next round.

You get 7 days of full Pro access — no payment details required to start. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, Pro is $6.99/month.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings and cancel STRIKR from there. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes — if you do not cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $6.99/month through Apple or Google. You can cancel at any time.

Yes. Every round you complete is logged automatically. You can review your session history and volume over time from within the app.

STRIKR uses bell countdowns, audio cues, and haptic rest notifications to keep you in the zone. Your phone handles the timing — you stay focused on the bag.

During onboarding, STRIKR asks a few questions about how you train — your sport, experience level, and goals. It uses your answers to build a plan that fits you, not a one-size-fits-all template.

STRIKR is available on iOS (iPhone) and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link shortly. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@getstrikr.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we'll process it within 30 days.
